The rating depends on whether this is the type of thing you're looking for or not. This book has a "super hero/comic strip" feel, but it is definitely not for small kids. For example, these Greek myths include such things as gods seducing virgins, unexpected pregnancies, etc. Also some of the characters are drawn quite frighteningly. (Do we really want these heroes to be our kids' heroes?) On the positive side, the artist definitely captures the imagination with his strikingly unique depictions. As for the text, the stories are pretty short (2-3 paragraphs) followed by comic strip style captions inserted into the drawings. Quality of the paper/cover very good.
